We had a lovely children’s day in June. The weather was nice and warm and sun was shining all day.
The kids very much enjoyed the bouncy castle where they jumped high with other kids from the street and had great fun. My son Matej loved making the orange juice on the juice machine, particularly when he had to squeeze it hard to get the juice out of the orange. The best part was to drink the juice and share it with his brother, Mira.
There was also a face painting done by Ann-Marie and strawberries to share. We had a barbecue where tasty sausages and chicken were grilled by the neighbours in turns.
Overall it was a very enjoyable day for the kids and neighbours from Shrubland Road. Ivana
